Salty Dark Chocolate Walnut Cherry Clusters

Salty dark chocolate is such a good flavor combo. I combined salty dark chocolate with walnuts and dried cherries to create these clusters. These are easy to make, and they make tasty Valentine's Day treats to share with friends and loved ones.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

  • ½ cup dry roasted walnuts

  • ⅓ cup dried cherries

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Directions:

  1. Place the dark chocolate chips, coconut oil, and sea salt in a small dish over boiling water. Stir often until the chocolate is completely melted.

  2. Once melted, stir in the walnuts and dried cherries.

  3. Scoop out the mixture and place on parchment paper in the form of clusters. The chocolate will act as glue.

  4. Once all the clusters have been made, lightly sprinkle with a little bit more sea salt and then place them in the fridge for at least one hour.
